What you will do:
- Provide expert advice and support, contributing to the triage and screening of requests for support and phone calls to children’s services.
- Signpost referrals to the appropriate services, using your deep understanding of threshold application and safeguarding processes.
- Collaborate effectively with partner agencies to ensure seamless service delivery, acting as the crucial link within the Request for Support Hub.
- Prepare concise and precise reports and statements for court and maintain meticulous records.
- Input data efficiently into children’s services systems like Mosaic and ICS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Adapt and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment without the responsibility of case holding.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in statutory children’s social work.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding children processes.
- Flexibility, resilience, and a reflective approach.
- Effective teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.
Compensation: Earn £41 an hour for those with more than two years of experience, and £38 for those with less, ensuring competitive and fair remuneration aligned with your expertise and contribution.
