What you will do:
- Screen and assess incoming referrals to determine risk levels and the appropriate course of action.
- Gather and analyse information from multiple agencies, including the police, health services, education, and social care.
- Apply professional judgement and statutory guidance to make evidence-based recommendations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with partner agencies to deliver a coordinated safeguarding response.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and make informed decisions regarding threshold levels for intervention.
- Provide clear and concise reports to inform decision-making and case management.
- Participate in MASH strategy meetings, contributing to multi-agency discussions.
- Ensure all safeguarding concerns comply with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records on case management systems.
- Engage with families as needed to gather information and offer support or referrals to services.
