Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in Camden, within the Mental Health Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £28 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties of the Social Worker:
- Care coordination of complex cases under CPA
- Developing co-produced care plans with service users
- Risk assessment and management, safeguarding
- Working with carers and wider support networks
- Partnership working with other statutory and voluntary organisations
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
- Must have experience of working with adults with psychosis and complex needs, experience of Care Act assessments and reviews
- Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to engage with service users with diverse backgrounds
