Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Social Worker to work full-time in a range of countywide positions based in Surrey, within the Mental Health Locality Teams.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £32.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
Deliver high-quality care for service-users with mental health and substance misuse needs
Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, Reassessments, Support Planning, Best Interest Decisions
Safeguarding S42 and sign offs outcome meetings
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social work
Current Social Work England registration
Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults’ Services
Knowledge and experience of applying Legislation (Care Act, MCA Safeguarding etc)
Computer and social care system literate - LAS preferred
Car Driver for visits or able to travel
Flexibility for part home working
