Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in a Mental Health Team in Lewisham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £30 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3 month contract.
Duties:
- To provide essential social work cover for the promoting recovery team.
- Carrying out statutory interventions under the care act 2015 including assessments and safeguarding.
- Dealing with a max of 25 cases.
- Dealing with cases to do with psychosis.
- Busy but supportive team.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
- Solid experience of mental health care co-ordination
