Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in Bexley, within MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this permanent Social Worker job is £32,517 - £41,934 per annum.
The MASH is a multi-agency professional team, based at Bexley's Civic Offices, that has capacity to share information and to use that information to consider the risk of harm to children, young people and families. Children's Social Care, the police, health, probation, housing, education, Bexley Women's Aid and a youth offending officer are co-located as part of a multi-professional team to ensure that the best possible analysis is made following a referral to maximise the opportunities locally to make the right response.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services
