Our client currently has a locum job vacancy for a social worker to work within an adult's hospital team in Wolverhampton. This vacancy has an initial 3-month contract and the pay rate for this role is £30 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent).
37 hours per week - Start date ideally 25th Nov- 4 months until 31/3/2020
Saturday working 1 in every 4 approx.- day off Monday
Duties:
- Active promotion of the customer's wellbeing, independence, and reablement
- The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Work England.
- At least 2-year recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role
- Safeguarding Experience
- Experience of working within a hospital setting or facilitating hospital discharges
