Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a locum vacancy for a Social Worker to work full time based in Warrington, within the Hospital Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker is £26.88 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Main Duties:
- Assess patients that are residents of Warrington, with Warrington Hospital and out of area hospitals. They need to have a working knowledge of the care Act 2014, capacity Act 2005 and best interest legislation.
- Assess within the hospital and follow clients through on discharge to assess for the 4-week review.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Adults’ Services
- Experience of a hospital team would be desirable due to the constant challenges and MDT working that takes place.
- Full driving licence and access to personal vehicle
