Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Social Workers to fill full-time roles within Hospital / Hospital Review Teams based in Redcar.
The pay rate for these locum Social Worker jobs is £30 per hour (Assignment rate).
All roles are working from home except for essential visits where the person cannot be assessed over the phone, and induction on day 1 of the project.
You will be working on Hospital Discharge: Tuesday and Wednesday + Reviews/Reassessments for the rest of the week.
Requirements of the Social Workers:
A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work)
Registered on Social Work England
Previous experience in Hospital and Review Teams
Third party DBS or update service
Provide an anonymised care act assessment
Min 4 years PQE
