Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Adults Social Worker to work full-time in Barnet & Chase Hospital Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £26 per hour (Assignment rate) and is available on a 3-month contract.
Duties:
- To assess the needs of people in the area who require social care support and advice.
- To provide services that meet the outcomes identified in the assessment and review services to ensure they continue to meet the identified outcomes.
- To safeguard vulnerable adults
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
- You will need to be HCPC registered and have knowledge and experience of relevant legislation
