Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within a Hospital based in Colchester. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adults services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £207 per day and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
- Assessment of risk and purposeful intervention through direct work, commissioned services and review
- Quality assuring interventions and balancing need with finance
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Professional Social Work qualification (e.g. Degree, DipSW, CQSW or CSS).
- Registered Social Worker with HCPC
- Extensive post qualifying experience and Hospital experience
- Experience of developing strong working relationships with partners, other agencies and the voluntary sector to deliver improved outcomes
- Ability to demonstrate practice in accordance with professional standards
