Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within a Fostering Team based in Bristol. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £28 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
About the job:
- Role will involve going out to visit family members of children on edge of care to assess whether they are able to provide care & support. Write up these assessments and present your findings/judgements.
- Carrying out duty work.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
- Need to have strong analytical assessment abilities across kinship, connected and SGO
- 2 years post qualifying experience
