What you will do:
- Support and supervise foster carers to ensure excellent care for children.
- Ensure compliance with the National Minimum Standards for fostering.
- Supervise approximately 190 fostering households in our team.
- Conduct regular support groups and facilitate foster carer training programs.
- Undertake annual reviews and manage a diverse caseload.
- Assist in identifying and securing appropriate placements for children.
- Participate in regular reflective supervision and developmental opportunities.
