Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within a Fostering Team in Swindon. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the SWE.
The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is £31,369 to £39,000 per annum. Retention payments on top of the salary: Year 1: £3000, Year 2: £2000 and Year 3: £2000.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current SWE registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
