What you will do:
As a Social Worker in Fostering Support, your tasks will include:
- Conducting comprehensive foster carer supervisions to ensure high standards of care and address any concerns.
- Completing and reviewing foster carer reports to maintain ongoing support and development.
- Undertaking unannounced visits to provide consistent support and uphold the standards of child care and safety.
- Participating actively in the duty rota, responding to urgent enquiries and supporting your department in times of need.
- Working collaboratively with a team of professionals to support children and families in a fostering context.
