- Hold and manage a caseload, conducting annual reviews and ensuring the needs of the child and foster placements are met efficiently.
- Attend all associated meetings, contributing valuable insights and making key decisions during panel discussions.
- Ensure registration with Social Work England, maintaining professional standards and up-to-date knowledge.
- Participate in training sessions, enhancing your skills and staying informed about the latest trends in social work.
