What you will do:
- Collaborate with children and foster families to ensure the provision of a supportive and nurturing environment.
- Complete Form K assessments as well as Special Guardianship Order assessments to facilitate the best outcomes for children’s futures.
- Provide guidance, support, and information to foster carers to enhance their ability to meet the needs of children in their care.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and families.
- Attend and contribute to meetings, reviews, and case conferences, ensuring excellent communication and record-keeping.
