What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and reviews of foster carers to ensure they provide a safe and supportive environment.
- Provide advice, support, and training to foster carers to enhance their capability in meeting the children’s needs.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to deliver high-quality care plans.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new foster carers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports to monitor foster placements effectively.
