What you will do:
- Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children Looked After, including work under Public Law Outline, Care Proceedings, and Private Law Proceedings.
- Provide support and guidance within the Family Support Team South, which is a long-term locality team, ensuring all children and families receive the highest standard of care and assistance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Advocate on behalf of children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are protected.
- Conduct regular visits in the community and maintain thorough and accurate case records.
