We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join the Family Support and Intervention team within Conwy, UK. This temporary locum position offers an hourly rate of £39.18 and a three-month assignment. You will be working full time, 37 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. Your role will include collaborating with the Safeguarding & Legal team to deliver high-quality social work services to children and families with unmet needs or who are considered at risk. - Deliver high-quality social work services to children and families, focusing on those with unmet needs or at risk
- Provide support, development, and intervention to promote family resilience and independence
- Work collaboratively with the Safeguarding & Legal team to assess risk and ensure child safety
- Engage with children and families, placing them at the centre of decision-making processes
- Meet technological and software-related demands with efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Social Care Wales registration requirements
Skills and qualifications required:
- Social Work degree with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience
- Proficiency in relevant technology and software
- Registration with Social Care Wales
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
