What you will do:
- Collaborate with children and families involved in court orders, focusing on Special Guardianship Orders or Care Orders.
- Provide support to those living with kinship carers or their parents, ensuring statutory responsibilities for children looked after are met.
- Manage cases effectively and conduct duty work, adhering to regulatory and support guidelines.
- Review and adjust care and support plans to meet the evolving needs of children and families.
