Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Social Workers to work full-time based in Northamptonshire, within the Discharge Planning Team.
The pay rates for these locum Social Worker jobs are £30 - £32 per hour (Assignment rate) and are initial 3-month contracts.
This role will include some work out in the community, with some flexibility to work remotely.
Duties:
- Assessment of North Northamptonshire residents who have been discharged from/or who need discharging from hospital either to their homes or to a bedded solution to establish level of need in order to facilitate discharge or for ongoing needs
Requirements of the Social Workers:
- Social Care Qualified
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults’ or Children’s Services
