What you will do:
- Conduct Community Deprivation of Liberty (DOL) processes and complete necessary paperwork.
- Perform mental capacity assessments (COP 3) and complete Best Interest assessments.
- Prepare Court of Protection statements (COP24) and submit COP DOL 11 forms.
- Collaborate with Rule 1.2 Representatives, families, service providers, and community organisations to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues regarding the Community DOL process.
- Develop and implement reviews and support plans for clients.
