Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in a Complex Mental Health Team based in Enfield. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £31.15 per hour (Assignment rate).
Summary:
- Your role will involve the assessment of health, circumstances and support needs and where appropriate linking rough sleepers in with appropriate services such as primary care, relevant Social Services teams, Mental Health Services and Substance Misuse Services
- The role will also involve the assessment of health, circumstances and support needs of a small number of entrenched rough sleepers with high/complex needs who are bedded down in sleep sites, or housed in emergency accommodation in Enfield.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
