Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within a Complex Intervention & Treatment Team in Swindon. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is £31,369 - £32,640 per annum.
Purpose of the role:
The post holder will manage a complex and dynamic caseload so experience working with mental health clients would be beneficial along with good knowledge and practice in working with the Care Act, the Mental Health and Mental Capacity Acts.
In addition, the post holders will have the support of our specialist Mental Health Integrated Service Lead and AMHP Lead.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social work
Current Social Work England registration
Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
