Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a locum vacancy for an Adults' Social Worker to work full time based in Bury, within the Community Mental Health Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £30 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 6-month contract.
The team are striving to take an asset and strengths-based approach to ensure the best outcomes for residents and are looking for Experienced Social Workers that share that passion.
Main Duties:
- Build rapport and trust to establish effective relationships with people to support, engage and enable them to identify their strengths. This will be achieved through meaningful conversations and assessment.
- Use an asset and strengths based approach, enabling people to take control of their own lives and focusing on what is important to them in order to manage their own health and social care needs better.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Social and Healthcare Qualified
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience within Adults' Services
