What you will do:
- Assess and support children and their families, using a child-centred approach to provide the best outcomes.
- Manage a diverse caseload across child in need, child protection, children in care, and children with disability services.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and plans, attending meetings, reviews, and court where necessary.
- Promote the welfare of children through informed decision-making and effective planning.
