Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in London, within the Children's Locality Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £32 - £34 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Our locality teams work within specific local areas to provide consistent social care support to children and young people who are living at home on a plan.
We take a restorative practice approach - working collaboratively and in partnership with children, young people, and families to develop action plans that address both the presenting concerns and the underlying difficulties. The teams work across the tiers of need and liaise with multi-agency partners.
We are committed to Family Group Conferences, robust assessments and SMART planning that support children and young people to achieve positive outcomes within their families and communities
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
