Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in North-East Lincolnshire, within the Children's Advice and Support Service (CASS). The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this permanent Social Worker job is £26,999 - £33,799 per annum.
Duties of the Social Worker:
- To reduce the demand for Social Work intervention and strengthening our early intervention input
- To produce positive working relationships with Early Help Managers to deliver better services.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services
- Must want to work to achieve the best for all children, young people and families
- Must have a commitment to the highest of practice standards
- Ability to work in an agile and flexible way
