Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in Exeter in a Children with Disabilties Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.

The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £31-£38 per hour (Assignment rate). Working 7 hours per week in the core hours of 8am-8pm - 3 month contract.

Duties:

  • Assessment of children, young people and families under single assessment, CIN S.17 arrangements with children's disability team
  • Attend Strategy meetings, undertake s.47 Enquiries, progress to ICP as required
  • Undertake home visits, CIN Visits, CP visits/Plans, CIC and all reviews

Requirements of the Social Worker:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services
