Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to work based in March, within the Children with Disabilities Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker role is £28-£32 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 13-week contract.
Interviews are being undertaken via MS Teams. CCC is working flexibly and working from the office on a rota basis/as required for meetings, normally one/two days per week/as agreed by the Manager. Face to face visits continue to be undertaken.
Main Duties:
- Varying duties included as part of working within the Disabled Children's Referral and Access Team, which acts as the front door to accessing specialist disability services.
- Completion of eligibility and child and family assessments.
- Safeguarding investigations.
- Statutory child seen visits.
- Being on duty completing necessary tasks within the office and in practice.
- This team is countywide and supports children from 0-19.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Recent post-qualifying experience within frontline children’s social work.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
