Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within a Children School Project based in Swindon. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £35 per hour (Assignment rate).
Summary:
- The project will offer skilled Social Workers the opportunity to gain valuable and unique experience and skills and work in a role which will shape future services and make a real impact on the lives of young people and families across the town.
- You will be based within a School setting, supporting designated safeguarding leads, and educational and pastoral colleagues in safeguarding children and young people.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services
- Recent experience within children's school projects
