Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and supportive recruitment company currently has a job based in Dorchester for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within the Childrens Locality Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £35 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Summary:
- Work with children and their families through assessment, child in need, child protection and care planning, including court work.
- Working alongside Early Help and Education colleagues to achieve best outcomes for children as part of a whole Locality approach.
- Will be provided with Laptop and Mobile.
- Can be a combination of community visits, office and home working.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Previous social work experience
- Must be able to drive to meet travel requirements of post.
