We are seeking a motivated individual to join our busy, friendly, and supportive team of 8 passionate Social Workers, 1 Assistant Team Manager, and 1 Team Manager. With an average maximum caseload of 16, you will handle a mixed case load of long-term children in care, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, and children subject to care proceedings. This full-time locum role starts as soon as possible, promising ongoing engagement with the potential for professional growth in a fulfilling role.

What you will do:
- Engage with and manage a diverse caseload of children, ensuring their well-being and development are continually supported.
- Work closely with children subject to care proceedings, providing expert guidance and advocacy throughout legal processes.
- Support unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, assessing their needs and facilitating access to necessary resources and services.
- Collaborate effectively within your team, sharing insights and approaches to deliver the best outcomes for children in your care.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive records and reports that detail each child’s progress and needs.
