Exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join the Children & Families Team in Stroud, UK. Offering an attractive salary of £42 hourly, this full-time locum position is for an initial period of 3 months. As a Social Worker in this role, you will manage a diverse caseload including Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC). You will be providing effective, evidence-based interventions while ensuring timeliness and making a real impact on families’ lives.

What you will do:
- Hold a caseload of approximately 18 children and manage court work as required
- Engage with children and families face-to-face to assess their needs and plan interventions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support is delivered
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Attend regular team meetings and participate in training and development opportunities
- Ensure legal compliance in all actions and decisions
