What you will do:
- Provide support to children and families, from the initial referral through to closure or permanence.
- Manage a caseload of Child Protection and Child in Need, with opportunities to work with court cases or cared for children.
- Engage in high-quality reflective supervision to improve service delivery and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with multi-agency teams, including health and police colleagues, to promote the safety and wellbeing of children.
- Use a restoratve approach, working within a team that values lasting relationships and practical support.
