What you will do:
- Support children, young people, and families in Exeter, ensuring that they receive the assistance and guidance they need.
- Manage child-in-need, child protection cases, legal proceedings, and cases for looked after children with care and diligence.
- Work collaboratively with Team Managers and Advanced Social Workers to achieve the best outcomes.
- Visit children as necessary to meet service needs, while having the flexibility to work from home on occasions.
- Develop creative and family-led strategies to promote positive change and stability within the home environment.
