What you will do:
- Manage and oversee a complex caseload within the Child Protection and Court Team.
- Work collaboratively with Herefordshire Council’s Legal Team on court applications and proceedings.
- Utilise a restorative approach to work hand-in-hand with families, striving to improve outcomes for children.
- Regularly liaise with court progression officers to meet critical timescales and identify training needs.
- Provide comprehensive reports and confidently give oral evidence in court settings.
- Engage with a positive and welcoming team to ensure the right outcomes for families, backed by strong management support.
