What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine levels of need and risk
- Develop effective care plans aimed at improving outcomes for children in need or at risk
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and other agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children
- Support families and carers in achieving positive changes and stabilising family life
- Keep accurate, timely records and prepare reports for meetings and court proceedings
- Liaise with schools, healthcare professionals, and community organisations to coordinate support services
