Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for a Social Worker with Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) status to fill a role in Brent.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker/AMHP job is £36 per hour (Assignment Rate) and is an initial 3-Month contract.
Duties:
- Carrying a caseload of service users with a variety of mental health difficulties and social circumstances
- Applications to panel for packages and placements, including for hospital discharges and people in the community
- Participation in the duty rota
- Participation in the AMHP rota completing community and hospital-based assessments
Requirements of the Social Worker/AMHP:
- Must be a qualified social worker and an AMHP with recent experience
- Must have Social Work England registration
- Social Work degree/equivalent
