Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to work based in Beverley, within the Adult Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker role is £30 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Main Duties:
- Support the newly formed Vulnerability Assessment Team for adults across the East Riding of Yorkshire.
- Undertake dynamic Care Act care and support assessments, support plans, risk assessments, the Social Worker should have working knowledge and experience of completing Mental Capacity assessments and the Best Interest Process.
- Focus on a strengths-based approach to support and enable people and carers to actively stay well and independent, build and maintain family, social networks and maximising independence.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Minimum of two years post qualifying experience within frontline adult social care is essential.
- Have a working knowledge of both Safeguarding and DoLS legislation.
