Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in Warrington within the Adults Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £26.88 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract. You will be required to work 37 hours between 7:00 am to 7.00 pm 7 days per week.
Duties:
- Assess the needs and eligibility of adults with care and support needs within a rapid response intervention and care model of working
- Work with people in crisis because of either a deterioration in their physical health or social circumstances where they may be at risk of being hospitalized
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
- Experience of working with older people and/or adults will be an advantage in this role
