Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within an Adults South Neighbourhood Team based in Trafford. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Adult Services and be registered with the Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £25.02 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and this role is a 3-month contract.
Summary:
- You will be required to manage a complex caseload and undertake social work assessments and reports to ensure effective statutory services support and you will need to have experience of using the Liquid Logic electronic social care records system.
- A significant part of your role will be to provide social work interventions as required, securing appropriate levels of funding where necessary in line with the Care Act and Reshaping Trafford Policy and an effective response to safeguarding issues in line with local policy and procedures.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience within Adult Services
