Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for a Social Worker to fill a full-time role within an Adults Safeguarding Team based in Plymouth.
The pay rate for this full-time role is £31 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.
The candidate needs to have community experience in working with vulnerable people and have a social work qualification.
Duties:
- Making referrals to other professionals
- Ensuring Service Users are involved in decision making where possible.
- Ensuring care plans are the least restrictive as possible to achieve outcomes
- Maintaining up to date case recordings
- Participating in duty arrangements
- Promoting co-operation and effective working relationships between professional colleagues and agencies
Requirements:
- A Social Care qualification
- Experience of providing information and advice to customers.
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults services
