Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award-winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time based in Morpeth, within the Adults Safeguarding team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker role is £196.98 per day (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Main Duties:
Review guidance from decision makers in relation to actions required on triage cases.
Includes directly speaking with clients, referring to appropriate agencies, assessing risk and protective factors.
Implement safety plans to ensure the client remains safeguarded.
Complete triage cases within a 24-hour timescale and provide written feedback to the decision makers for a decision to be made.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social work.
Current Social Work England registration.
Previous experience within frontline adult social work, particularly within a MASH team.
Understanding of SWIFT databases to record information.
Understanding of the Care Act 2014 and Northumberland 10 Steps Procedure (training can be provided).
