Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award-winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Level 3 Social Worker to work full-time based in Widnes, within the Adults Reablement Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker role is £24.36 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 6-month contract.
Duties:
Provide a professional social work service, including statutory social care responsibilities.
Contribute to service delivery that is strengths based and outcome focused with an emphasis on promoting independence and enabling recovery.
Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to address complex needs and achieve the most ideal outcomes for individuals and their carers that supports their choice and independence.
Work collaboratively with health colleagues to ensure safe and timely discharges from hospital, to the most appropriate service and setting for the individual.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social work
Current Social Work England registration
Previous experience within a frontline social work adults reablement team
