Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a locum vacancy for a Social Worker to work full time based in Southwark, within the Adults' NRPF Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £27.27 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 1-month contract.
Main Duties:
- The No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) Social Worker will assess the social care needs of migrants with no recourse to public funds
- Assess the social care needs of adults, and children of adults with no recourse to public funds, ensuring that support is provided to those who are most in need.
- Assess people's support needs, and signpost those who are not eligible for support to other organisations for assistance.
- Apply knowledge of immigration, human rights and social care to the work of the team and the assessments and reviews that you undertake.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Social and Healthcare Qualified
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience within Adult Services
- Must have a good understanding of No Recourse to public Funds and have skills around working with families & single adults
