Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in an Adults Locality Team based in Sutton. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adults' services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £28 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adults' services
- Experience of Multi-Agency and Multi-disciplinary working as well as the ability to effectively joint work with other professionals within the team and across Adult Social Care and Health.
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment and/or Generic Locality Team is essential with specific skills/knowledge around completion of Mental Capacity Assessments; Court of Protection work; covering duty tasks, Safeguarding Enquiries; Providing support to clients with Mental Health diagnoses.
