Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award-winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time based in Croydon, within the Adults Living Independently For Everyone (LIFE) Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker role is £28 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 1-month contract.
This integrated team consists of Community Intermediate Care Service (CICS), Rapid Response and A&E Liaison from Croydon Health Services and the Croydon Reablement team from Croydon Social Services.
Main Duties:
Work together with the team from health and social work to ensure that patients have the support from the LIFE team on their discharge from hospital which allows them to recover, reable and rehabilitate in their own homes.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social work.
Current Social Work England registration.
Previous experience within frontline adult social work.
