Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award-winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time based in Morpeth, within the Adults Learning Disabilities team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker role is £196.98 per day (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Main Duties:
Manage a caseload depending on levels of need, complexity, and risk.
Initiate and implement plans for adults, collaborating with a range of external services to access any resources required to meet the needs you have identified.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of your caseload but will have the support from the Team Manager.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social work.
Current Social Work England registration.
Substantial experience within frontline adult social work, particularly working with adults with Learning Disabilities.
Clear understanding of the Care Act and the Local Authorities statutory duties.
